Uppermill Brass Band and we are putting on the 'Brass n Bash' concerts with the aim of getting younger children involved in music making.
There will be instruments and percussion out to play and lots of games/interactivity - musical statues/pass the parcel etc all with the band playing. We'll also be explaining about Whit Friday, the different sections of the band and the sound the instruments make, uniforms etc.
The 2 sessions will both be led by our musical director who is a qualified teacher.
